If you get your mail through gmail, be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t get a reply from us. We’ve had several customers that we replied to, but they never received our reply.
I can see that google is receiving the emails that we send to customers that use gmail as their provider; but after that, google is doing something with them– presumably sending them to a spam folder. At that point, it’s out of our hands. I am continuing to investigate why google is giving them false positives.
